Compliquer beaucoup de problem avec l’application

My Mu-so kept losing the wifi signal. Tried to reset and now I keep getting an error message “something went wrong”. Not helpful. After repeated attempts I decided to delete the app and reinstall it. Now the app won’t even download. Unbelievably frustrating. Now I have a completely unresponsive $2000 paperweight. What garbage.

App is slow and crashing

What the heck happened to this app? It was a decent and responsive app with Qobuz but now it is slow. Takes forever to show the current song playing. Tapping on the song playing takes many seconds to change to the full screen song page. I don’t see any big changes in features just slower and laggy.

At least one feature is gone, the alarm.

I experience occasional dropouts when using the app, but the most frustrating aspect to me is that i essentially need to use the app all the time to stream to my uniti atom he. When I search for qobuz albums in the app by artist, I get a whole bunch of junk that I wouldn’t get if I were using the native qobuz app. My main streaming service is Apple Music and while I know it’s not naim’s fault they don’t allow for lossless music streaming direct to the device, I wish it would at least be easier to search the qobuz catalogue within the app. As it stands, using the app feels clunky and I did not spend $11000 CAD + for this level of experience. When I can, I always buy and download my music to my Plex server and that works great with the naim app. But with no USB in (this would have solved EVERYTHING), I’m tied to the naim app, which has really detracted from the idea of forgetting about everything else and being in touch with the music. I have new Focal Bathys that pair with my iPhone through the Bluetooth menu in iOS Settings. However, pairing through the app simply does not work, even after starting from scratch. The Bathys headphones sound great but this app is dysfunctional.

The Naim and focal have great hardware, which i have enjoyed immensely. But the apple apps, both on the IPad and iphone, are dysfunctional. At the moment, the IPad app stopped recognizing my Naim Uniti Atom. The app frequently stopped functioning properly and I have to reboot my iPad or phone. It is real pity that the focal great speakers and the Naim streamers are great but the apps are unfortunately not up to the hardware standards.

I can’t believe anyone who would give this a 5 star review. I guess you are the lucky ones ! This is disgraceful I get better reliability from any other wireless product in my home.

They are trying to make to buy new product by making error connect to device by wireless
