Waited over 2 hours for my order, only for the rider to falsely mark it as delivered without ever showing up. Contacted customer support, but the agent was completely unhelpful – not listening, not understanding the issue, and showing zero empathy. All I got was a refund to my wallet, but that doesn’t compensate for the time wasted, the frustration, or going hungry. Extremely disappointing and far from the excellent service they claim to offer. Will seriously reconsider using Foodpanda again.

Very bad and slow delivery service! It delivers in more than two hours!!! Deleting the app and never using it again!

They will never help you! Their agent will say im going to transfer your issue to the relevant dep and you will get a reply from them in next 24 to 48 hours!! But then the so called relevant dep will text u “ we have checked your issue thoroughly but we cant refund your money” Thats it case closed!! It happened to me twice!! Never order from your pandamart option I ordered once and I shopped for appro 4,000 but the things I received was worth 2500 hardly!!! Dont sure where are my remaining items.

Very poor service and I would ask everyone never use your card on foodpanda they will rip you off and will delay your order and if you cancel the order after 3 hours of delay you will lose your money, it is a scam now by food panda since they are in lose this is how they are making up the lose

I placed my order at 11:41 Pm and it’s 1:13 am now. it’s been more than an hour and it’s been atleast 20 minutes since it’s been saying “anytime now” And i don’t even have an option to cancel right now. usually the app is amazing but i don’t what’s the problem today.

the hongkong foodpanda app is by far the worst one for short term travelers and tourists who barely stay a full day in the city and needs food. The app insists to have a hongkong number to checkout the order which unnecessarily forces buyers to get a hongkong simcard just for that.

After one hour of waiting the driver reached the hotel but for a reason she could not find the recognizable hotel entrance!! Then she just cancelled the order and the app gave me 50 bhat only as an apology and that’s it!!!! Worst delivery app ever I will never order from them again!

The app is so bad is ,, and the service is so poor and help center are rude. i will never use the app again never
