Lie to customer

the customer service replied in email saying "absolutely confirmed", then right right before our trip saying the order has been cancelled. this is the most horrible service i have ever used, no apologies, no compensation but treat it "as your business"

Very expensive convenience fee

I bought 2 musical tickets originally priced £49 and the convenience fee was a shocking £19.8. If you want musical tickets, you will be better off buying it directly from the theater.

Best place to buy tickets!!

Literally the best choice to purchase tickets!! Some of the tickets are even cheaper than the show/place 's official web.They also gives you promo code on the first purchase on APP after I booked a ticket on my computer and also promo code after first buying on APP, Wows for so many discounts!! Definitely the best choice when traveling around, hope to buy the lowest price tickets for everything.
