This app is genuinely amazing. It’s all based in science and teaches users why the practice of meditation and mindfulness is so beneficial to every facet of life. I’ve recommended it to everyone because I really think this app is a game changer.

This app is phenomenal compared to the other self help apps out there that always seem to cost an absurd amount. I believe you should donate as much as you can, it won’t cost as much as the other apps and you’d be supporting a cause that genuinely cares about you and your wellbeing.

I love this app so much. I’ve tried a lot of different apps for meditation but this one is definitely one of the best. I love that there’s an explanation about meditation BEFORe and entirely separate to the meditation itself (so no chat during the actual meditation session). And that it guides you through different types of meditation. Highly recommend

With scientific backing, and a combination of learning and doing this app blows other apps that charge big bucks out of the water. Can be a Toby bit difficult to figure out where to start, but once you do it is a joy imo. Big thanks to the developers.

Thank you to the creators. I’ve been looking a long time and because of how this app is structured and its content I can finally see a path out of my distracted and overwhelming outlook on life. I’ve tried plenty of apps and none have come close, most are so intent on trying to get you to subscribe that they forget the goal. Couldn’t recommend this app highly enough.
