I truly love this app ! It’s one my favourite! I have to use this app every single day. It keeps your mind calm and guide your thoughts and it’s customised for you specifically ! You can choose whether you want to hear the mediation session for 5 min or 30 min! Every single session is a very thorough and concise. It’s even all evidence-based.

I love this app. The best one I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a bunch). It’s linear, so lessons build on each other. The explanations serve as inspiration and understanding the science is motivating. The medications put the science into action. I love hearing from the scientists directly. I like being able to choose from a variety of meditation voices. Bravo!
