Ho scoperto questa app dopo aver visto il TED talk del dott. Davidson. Non è semplicemente un app per meditare, è un app che aiuta a ritrovare un equilibrio interiore attraverso un serio percorso di learning e practice. Se seguita costantemente, aiuta a cambiare il proprio mindset ristabilendo un equilibrio con se stessi e con gli altri. Da diffondere, da tradurre in tutte le lingue.

I’ve been struggling with depression for years. I heard about dr. Davidson research a few month ago, and then I found this app, which now has become one of the best tool I have to fight anxiety, depressive and obsessive thoughts. It helped me to both find focus and let go when I felt overwhelmed, to detach from my internal ruminations and fears. It thought me to value my heath and my time. Thank you all for this.

Perché ho scoperto questa app solo ora?? È fatta davvero bene, copre diversi aspetti legati al benessere mentale e alla consapevolezza di sé e per di più con rigore scientifico… ed è per di più gratis! Facile da navigare (a differenza di Calm, per esempio), completa e chiara, mi sta aiutando più di tanti altri servizi blasonati e pubblicizzati in giro. Complimenti agli autori e grazie per questa app.
