I don’t often write reviews like this, so that tells you all you need to know about this app. I’m so grateful that healthyminds is a non-profit and I’m so glad it’s free for everyone, because this is the easiest mindfulness app to use that I’ve come across so far. Good for beginners (like me) and advanced alike, and there is no catch, no lock icon that you have to pay an annual fee to access. I would recommend to anyone who wants to start meditating.
