Mind & life changing!

This is the best mindfulness app I’ve come across and it has truly impacted and changed my life for the better. The science-backed mediations practices and information is well structured and informative and guides you on your mindfulness journey from a total beginner to even more experienced. I can highly recommend this app to anyone that wants to try mediation and don’t know where to start.

Interesting but music is distracting

I'm enjoying the material and how it is being shared. Much of the information I've listened to so far is on Awareness and Distraction. Ironically, the music in the background is itself distracting as it intrudes into one's awareness.

App is glitching

The app has a white square under the greeting. There are no functions other that a log. I assume the functions are under the white square. Please advise Have deleted and reinstalled app. No change

Healthy Minds is great

Great lessons that explain and demystify the art of meditation. There is a lot of misinformation and prejudice out there about what meditation actually is, and Healthy Minds explains things so very well. Another great feature which I really like is the ability to be able to do silent timed meditations. This gives me the ability to practice what I have learnt as well as just have the option of no voice over during that meditation, because, let’s face it, sometimes we just need quiet. I love this app, it’s taking me on a learning journey.
