Can’t even login
Like many I can login to website fine but not the app. So it’s a waste of time.
Can’t find my reservation
This app allows me to log in and that’s it. It doesn’t find my reservation even. Luckily I have email confirmations. Such a shame for what should be simple and could be stunning.
Rubbish app.
App crashes. Can’t look up any reservations. It is beyond useless.
Awful App
Hardly ever works. Refuses to log me in most of the time while the web based works fine
Extremely limited
when clicking one of the options, you have to stop the app to get back to first screen… can’t find my personality details etc.
The worst UX going
This app is so painful to use… How about a nearest me map view and the ability to change location after you have searched. Pretty basic surely…
Rubbish!!!!
Worst app fails to work most of the time tells u log in details are wrong but their right. It crashes fails to refresh pages just the worst!!!!
Worst car rental app- Do Not Download!
It’s beyond belief that one of the biggest rental car companies in the world has such a horrendous app. I genuinely cannot remember the last time the app was useful to me. I delete it and re-download every couple of months, *hoping* that maybe it’s fixed, get disappointed, then delete and go to the website. For 2+ years! This app does more damage than good, it should just be discontinued and let people use the website. Currently, the app serves NO PURPOSE!
Very poor
The app would crash, quote prices and then say they are no longer available. Not sure if their management cares.
