Your app really is terrible ! Firstly it always says no vehicles available which is hard to believe …… across multiple dates and locations. Secondly I KEEP GETTING Prompted to update The app but I can’t …. Absolutely terrible and waste of time … you’re losing business big time
I have been trying to sign into my Hertz Account to reserve a car at Toronto International Airport in Ontario Canada and to return it at Ottawa International Airport in Ontario Canada. I can only get to the stage where I have input my requests and I received the below message saying … Sorry, no vehicles available for the locations, dates and times selected. [NER069] Is there anyone I can talk to or should I just check out other rental companies?
Always been that way and clearly hertz don’t care. Pick another rental company. Plenty out there.
Hertz Just fire your mobile / security teams I’ve just wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to log into the damn thing and it just doesn’t work !!!! Claiming my credentials are invalid !!!! Incompetence should be met with appropriate measures and not encouraged by your staff. Had to switch to website since the application is plain old useless!
Ok so not only can I NOT login in because I can’t change password on the app, your developers in their esteemed wisdom have decided to not make it possible to change my password in the web app either. How TF am I supposed to make a booking that had all my details when I can’t even bloody log in?? The only reason why I’m still suffering on pain on a heart attach through your digital experience is because I like the staff at the branch I want to book in. You make me hate Hertz.
Even I turn on Remember Me, the app totally do not remember at all. I need to dig out my membership number everytime I use the app. Very inconvenient. Should enable Face ID like many other apps.
Other countries can drive at 16, I have a valid driving manual license and whats the point if i cant drive rented cars
I was told by the Singapore customer support that this app is not meant for non US customers. Why are you allowing this app to be downloaded by non US customers then? You might as well close your mobile solutions for non US customers with this kind of attitude!
The app cannot works now with new IOS. It keeps close on its own.
