App can’t find reservation. Call centre confirms it exists. Agent says app often experiences problems. Waste of time. Doesn’t enhance confidence in the Hertz brand.

After downloading the app, you get a huge notice that the app is currently not available and you are redirected to the website when you click Ok.
Crash
App keeps crashing, even after reinstalling it.
Rental from Hermanus
My first attempt kept on coming up with an error, something regarding age. Yet there was no option to choose regarding age. Eventually I had to log out completely & re-login to get past this error.
Not very clever
This application changes its default language to the local language when booking in or for another country. This might seem cool, but is stupid. Just because I plan to travel to Germany or Denmark does not mean I suddenly understand the language there.
Broken
Keeps giving me an error for not entering an 'age' while no field is available to provide this information. Renders App pretty useless.
