Nothing works :-) Many time failed during login. App asking for update but is not possible. Slow. Im judge on kids competition. 9 years old child come with 3D games!!! And it works!!!

Looks like a student project, and not a very good one. Slow, buggy, limited features, cannot do anything in the app.

Probably worth for booking but it is so slow that you should better use the web.

If you want to reminisce what apps were like back around 2008 this one is perfect. An attempt to put the website on a phone with no functionality and full of bugs. It just shows the dire financial position Hertz must be in if they can’t afford to develop an app better than this.

The app never works.. Hertz should be embarrassed to have this junk app… fix it or bin it!

The app is slow and clunky and has been for years and years! There is now an option to upgrade the app but even this doesn’t work. How can Hertz allow such a terrible app to be allowed.

The app is basically a poor browser of the website. Totally wasting anyone’s time. Avoid and just use the website. Constantly fails to work.

Bad app. As the title, but when I try to upgrade the app there is no upgrade. I have gold star membership and this is very frustrating. Sort it Hertz!

Does not work - waste of time. Apple should have deleted from AppStore. It is criminal to have have this here
