Not able to login app, with same credentials that I login on website.

What is the reason of having this app it’s not working🤷🏻♂️
Worst app ever
For 3 years I failed to make 1 reservation Through this app. Often crashes and mostly no rates shown for car just "call to book" if i need to call why to have app in first place
