Hertz Car Rentals

For a global car rental company the app is terrible. Without calling customer support (even that quality leaves room for immense improvement) one can’t get anything done!

The app doesn’t work even after many attempts. It’s been months but no improvement Bad !!!!

The user experience pf this application is worst. Such apps and companies I wouldn't trust for bookings and payments.

This app is very inconsistent. Need a lot of improvement. It's so difficult to modify a booking. Needs serious attention towards user experience.

The locations mentioned on app for pickup are inaccurate. I tried in Watford but couldn’t locate any although it shows on app

I am iPhone SE user at the United States but my app Store is currently region locked to India. So I am using the global Hertz app, not the one provided in the United States. It crashes immediately after splash screen.

Needs touchid, cannot go to a reservation from the home screen, doesn’t show if rate changes when you modify a booking

The app keeps crashing and doesn't let me login. Please fix this at the earliest

Convenience at its best

Pro: The UI is simple and easy to use. Con: Doesn't remember past locations. Constantly asks for me to login even after I check the "Remember me" check box.
