HP Sprocket

Bought a Sprocket 200 to use for visual recording of my business stock items but prints are far too colour faded/washed to give true insight into the colouring of each item. Also, despite being attached to power cord/outet, the sprocket shows only low battery and does not load easily. The machine COULD be amazing. Instead its output and operation is incredibly disappointing.

Had this for years and frustrated so put it away. Still only prints one photo then refuses to do next. Have to restart. Now it’s just spitting out blanks.

Since last update Nov 2024 - collage feature has stopped working ! Pls fix asap 😫

Can no longer use collage function as the photos become zoomed in and cannot resize.

Whenever I reopen this app and turn on my printer, I go to print a photo and it reprints the last photo I already printed. I try to remember to check the print cue, but the app isn’t supposed to glitch like this in the first place. And then when it finishes reprinting the photo, it doesn’t print the one I want, it just stops! I’ve wasted double the amount of money on photo paper as I should have. This should be fixed by now, it’s been happening for years, especially for such an expensive product!

Seems like a lot of people have this issue - I’ve updated Apple IOS, the app, I’ve tried everything recommended and still doesn’t work so frustrating

After choosing a photo to print the app freezes. I can’t adjust picture quality or go back to change photo. I have just updated the app and firmware, however, it is still freezing.

Poor photo quality, app freezes every time (yep after the supposedly fixed it). Would not recommend.

Obsolete and unable to connect :) nice

I have been using this printer for years since I got my HP Sprocket Plus. An issue I have been having recently is when I open the app and print a photo, the photo will come out twice. This is extremely inconvenient and it wastes photo paper nearly every time I turn on my printer.
