App is freezing
After choosing a photo to print the app freezes. I can’t adjust picture quality or go back to change photo. I have just updated the app and firmware, however, it is still freezing.

Poor photo quality, app freezes every time (yep after the supposedly fixed it). Would not recommend.
Update has made my original sprocket
Obsolete and unable to connect :) nice
Works fine, some glitches
I have been using this printer for years since I got my HP Sprocket Plus. An issue I have been having recently is when I open the app and print a photo, the photo will come out twice. This is extremely inconvenient and it wastes photo paper nearly every time I turn on my printer.
Bad photo quality
My photos are so dark with blue lines and I have tried everything but I can’t fix it
How can I make the ink cartridge film not break when I put it in my printer?
It was really easy to set up although my film cartrage broke when I put it in. I don’t understand how to put the cartrage in without breaking the film thing. I think it will be super good once I get more film cartrages, but its a big bummer that I paid for the cartrage of ink to come with it and it wasted my money.
Works…sometimes
But seems to have a very hard time remembering that it’s linked to my printer. Ugh!
Device is reasonable, app is horrible
Prints are alright. Obviously not the best quality but still cute. Also nice to have the pictures on hand. The app has a bug where every time I start it up I have to connect it manually to my printer (doesn’t automatically connect it). It also does this thing where it prints the same photo twice. I’ve wasted so much paper due to this problem!! To combat this I have to exit the app, go back to it and delete the picture from the cue before it prints it for the second time. If it could be fixed that’d be great. Apart from that, all good
This is the best app
Sprocket is so cool it has a variety of can use so make really cool pictures although the pictures are really small it in a really good app
Duplicate printing & pairing an issue - please fix
Love my Sprocket printer … but! A couple of software issues: 1. So since one of the recent updates I’ve noticed how my beloved Sprocket now seems to reprint the last picture even though it hasn’t been in the print queue - and the last print job finished correctly. It’s frustrating because it wastes previous paper! 2. also originally you didn’t have to keep pairing your sprocket, now you have to go through a series of confirmations every single time you turn it on which is a waste of time. I don’t know about others, but I don’t have every single model, I just have the one little fabulous unit. Please revert this back to the original pairing setting. Unless I’m missing something- if so please let me know. By the way, I have the 2x3 Sprocket. Please address these two issues, thank you!
