HP Sprocket

Sorry HP guys but this is one of my worst purchases. This thing hardly connects or works. You should improve ASAP.

Doesn’t able to Connect my printer keep searching and unfortunately quit it’s worked before since the update it doesn’t Connect, After uninstall and reinstalling the app for each time of use the app work, but if the printer lose connection it’s al over again

The app cannot find my sprocket Bluetooth and I already updated the app to the latest and reinstalled it and tried other phones what can I do

Worked for a while but now unable to connect device, stuck on device search. Once in a few attempts it finds the device but error is prompted saying ‘setup failed’

My phone doesn’t connect to the sprocket device since the last update

My wife received this device as a present, and what a gift it has been for us all. She was so excited to be able to print off her phone. We have spent over four hours trying to get a usable print and have had no success. The 1st 5 prints printed only partial images, some half a photo, others one third with an additional stripe part way through. Three people have tried the setup and print process with unacceptable results. Have consulted HP resources, all automated, impossible to talk to a living person, watched you tube videos, attempts have been made by people from 25 to 64 years old. Attempted to contact customer service even through email with no success. I have used HP Printers for over 30 years and their products and customer support WERE impeccable. How times have changed. Will never buy another HP product

This is useless if you can’t get the printer connected. As many other users have mentioned, there is no accessory listed when finalizing the set up process. Rending this useless. What a let down

I’ve been able to make wonderful pictures of me and my family with this app is highly recommended family friendly app. I love it dearly.

In the past I have had good luck using auto edit to have my prints look fairly good. Now using the auto edit feature crashes the app. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. please fix this, I’m tired of getting prints that are too dark or too light or with wonky colors! Using the sliders does not have the same effect as the auto edit.
