In the beginning I was super happy with it, and I’ve done a ton of research on what printer to get, and I thought I made a good choice by getting this. It was fine, until the app just shut down when I chose a picture that I wanted to print, and now I can not print anything anymore! I’ve had it less than a month! Someone needs to update this app, and fix this ASAP! I didn’t spend this much money on something and not being able to use it because the app is not working! Very disappointed.

Trippleprinting
I click once to print and it prints the same pic three times. The paper is too expensive for that. This is not just a one time happening either.

Hei! Eg elsker appen og printeren, men når eg skal printe ut eit bilde først og eit anna bilde etterpå blir fet berre like bilder. Forstår ikkje kva eg gjer feil😁😅
Får ikke kobla til igjen
Får ikke kobla til printeren min igjen. Det står at jeg må «glemme» den forrige mobilen den var kobla til, men det er vanskelig når den mobilen er ødelagt.
Veldig bra app før dette skjedde, men utrolig unødvendig at jeg ikke får fiksa det uten å måtte søke og lete mye på nett.

Ingen justeringsmulighet
Mangler mulighet for å justere plassering bildet før utskrift. 2x3" arkene er for små for Sprocket plus. Det motivet man ser i forhåndsvisn æinga er ikke det som kommer ut på arket.
Forøvrig er appen lett å installere og ta i bruk.
