HP Sprocket

Must by reinstal apliacation and after it work.

UPDATE: After downloading new version of the app 2.54.0, which came out 3 days ago, everything works without any problems and I ´m extremely satisfied that I can finally use my printer. Thank you sprocket team for your interest, willigness to help and solving problems in quite quick time. I ´m giving u 4 stars, just because the app should work from the very beginning (because the product is quite expensive)and not after couple of weeks. This app doesnt communicate with my Iphone8 (iOS 12). Bluetooth connection is without any problems but once the app is open-> it’s “frozen” and i can’t do anything on the app because the app doesn’t react at all although my printer and phone are connected. I was trying it on the Iphone6 as well and the problem is the same. The printer is not the cheapest one and it’s rediculous that the app doesn’t function at all. I would like to know what should i do now with not functioning app?

I downloaded app, connected app to my Sprocket by Bluetooth and when I open it the app freeze. I did everything what i have to and the app do this all the time when i open it. When I want to open some bars app closes. I tried to uninstall the app and try it again, I restarted my phone, I tried everything and still it does not work.

I bought the sprocket 2nd edition and it was a waste of money - the app never starts properly, and if I want to print from another app it tells me I have to accept terms and conditions - in the sprocket app!! ridiculous, now I have to return the printer, I'm really upset

Inbetween i changed my hardware - after iPhone6 I have iP Xs max and repeatly is not working. I tried your recommended procedure- is not working. For what I have hp sprockrt? Printer wihout print possibility mean lost money !!! I have offer for you; you can buy new unused hp sprocket from me!!!

This app doesn’t work. I have bought a sprocket and I can’t use it. It freeze. Could you please fix it as soon as possible? Thanks

Mam iphone 7. A aplikacia mi vobec nefunguje. Otvori sa a zamrzne. Som velmi sklamana. Co s tym mam robit? Da sa tlacit aj bez aplikacie?

This app doesn't working at all!!! I've just bought hp sprocket but this app isn't react. I'm confused.... just repair it :)
