Worst app ever

I’m okay with the low printing quality and all but the app is SUPER slow!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sprocket review

Not every times can print in good condition

“Trouble with set up”

After updating, I could not connect with my sprocket anymore. I tried and the sprocket was already connected with my phone but it would not appear as connected on the app. After pressing “forget device” on my bluetooth settings it showed my sprocket name however it still would not connect as it says “Trouble with set up” I tried many times and it’s still the same. Please fix this.

suddenly this printer not work using this apps, why???? pls fixed it..

Improve your app

I’ve connected to the device and when it requires me to select on HP Sprocket for the accessory, the HP Sprocket doesn’t appear, I’ve tried ot a few times. So i restart my phone and the printer, forget the device and when it wants to connect to the device, the app couldn’t find the device but in settings, I’ve already connected, now what do I do? I just bought this printer

After link to apps and choose the photo, automatically direct quit the apps...Already re-install still same problem
