HP Sprocket

My iphone is unable to connect to sprocket plus. I made all updates, switched phone and sprocket on and off. Nothing. The phone detects sprocket, but no connection. My sister has the same problem with hers. This is getting annoying, as it happened over and over again. After trying for an hour now this time I simply give up … :(

This printer most attractive feature was reveal. The lack of quality of the photos was not a problem when we could see the quality movie associated to the photo by reveling it with a touch of magic. I see no other reason to use this product / app. If you don’t get it back I will definitely stop using it since the reveal feature was the reason why I brought sprocket.

My Phone is connected but the app insists it isn’t, I haven’t been able to print for a long time.

I can’t sync the printer with the iphone. I have the latest ios version and the app is updated.

Após a actualização da app e seguindo os passos sugeridos a app nunca consegue detetar a impressora!!

Desde a última actualização, que não se consegue ligar à impressora

Tenho um iPhone 8 com 64 GB Não tenho quase espaço nenhum ocupado e a aplicação fecha se sempre que tento imprimir . Já desliguei e restaurei o telemóvel . Já apaguei e voltei a instalar a aplicação 3 vezes e nada parece resultar . O que posso fazer ?

Não consigo visualizar nem os vídeos das fotos antigas nem das impressas hoje, já tentei nos menus câmera, vídeo, revelar Na secção revelar depois de ler a foto diz que não tem conteúdo visível, é um vídeo antes dava agora não dou 5 quando melhorar isso

Antes de descarregar os conteúdos da net, era mais fácil, porque não precisava de me preocupar com os dados ou o tempo para download... não percebo porque fizeram esta alteração. Enfim, ficam as 3 estrelas com a promessa de revisão se alterarem isto dos conteúdos
