HP Sprocket

I bought yesterday, its friendly user, easy to print and looking forward for the latest update firmware.

Not sure whats happening. But when i upgraded my ios, my phone is unable to detect the printer and incant print anymore. I have the older version. Pls help fix. Thanks

Same as the previous reviewer, all I’m getting to print are line streaks! It’s updated, I just cleaned the roller, I let it rest before printing another photo. What on earth is the problem??

Picture quality was bad

I was able to print 1 ok photo after the firmware update to 1.1.7 but after changing the paper, it’s back to having lines again. Wasted almost the entire refill twice. Not good.

Everything was working fine, i was able to print a couple of photos but after that,line streaks started to appear. I tried to put the smartsheet again as they said in the website but i have no luck. I’ve already wasted so much photo paper trying to fix the sprocket

The app in itself is alright. The output of the printer though is just unstasifactory.

I can’t say this has worked for me I was looking for the information on what to do and when I went to print the picture it kept coming out blank no matter what I did I would love to know why it’s doing that or if it happened to any one else but it might be because I have a tiny bit of an older printer. Pls tell me why it’s doing this

The app seems very buggy and sometimes doesn’t communicate well with my iPhone 13. Pictures sometimes print twice when I didn’t intend them to, wasting the expensive paper. It seems like they are held in the queue even when they are finished printing. The sprocket itself doesn’t stay on long and I have to jump up and turn it on again. It also has a very short cord!

Photos print very dark, much darker than they appear in the preview!
