בטיסה מישראל למינכן היה עיכוב גדול בלי שהודיעו על כך באפליקציה או בכל דרך אחרת. אפילו לא הציעו בשדה משהו לאכול או לשתות על חשבון החברה כפיצוי. הגענו כמובן באיחור וכבר לא היתה תחבורה ציבורית למלון וגם פה לא הוצע פיצוי. בטיסה חזרה, לא היה ברור שיש להגיע לדלפק מיוחד וכמעט איחרנו הטיסה לאחר המתנה מיותרת בדלפקי החברה בטרמינל 2. לאחר מכן, שוב היה איחור גדול בהמראה ולא הוצע בינתיים משהו לשתות או לאכול.

Every time log out without any response
The app story
The app is not convenient to use. If you need to go back, you have to start from the beginning. I would expect full flexibility to toggle back and forth. Additionally, I would expect to see the price continuously between my choices (not only when you reached check out). Simply, an outdated and cumbersome app.
