I have been using KuCoin for over two years. While the app boasts many admirable features, it has its own set of issues. For instance, it sometimes records trades twice and occasionally reprocesses recently deleted orders, which is quite bothersome. Despite being well-maintained, these problems raise questions about its reliability.
Do Not Use - Stealing
KuCoin is stealing my money. I have email threads to prove it. I recently changed devices and lost access to my G2FA and so I’m not able to trade my crypto in KuCoin. After providing all of the videos and photos as well as transaction records initially requested they’re now making requests that are impossible for me to provide. They’re also constantly changing what is required and making it impossible for me to access my funds. I believe this is intentional and they’re doing it so that I give up and can’t move my funds to other exchanges. This exchange needs to be investigated for criminal behaviour. DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE.
False Bonus advertisement
They claim they give 8100 usdt in bonus. But in reality it’s a false claim. I still haven’t got my $19 bonus. When asked they just say it will take several days. They are scammers , just trying to take the commission money .
No customer support at all.
Honestly if you want to buy some coins or do trading this app is fine but when you want to withdraw your fund forget about your funds. They will not let you withdraw your funds. One of the worst customer service I have ever seen didn’t received any reply from customer support for last 7 day .i have not applied any 2fa on my account but they say you have applied 2fa so give 2fa code. I went to reset the 2fa on kucoin website did all the things they require still no response. Scam cex Because I don’t have 2fa code I can’t withdraw my funds for more than a week. Kucoin if you think anything written here is not true contact me and resolve my problem and I will update this review.

Spent all day trying to “verify” my identity just to get the free crypto, couldn’t progress any further than the first step was not interested at all in trading on here. Just a shoddy attempt to harvest information and peoples identities. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ID.
