Too slow
Always promoting something annoying whenever I launch it. As a trader, I just want to get into a trade as fast as possible.
Fraudulent and dangerous!
Fraudulent platform with extremely useless customer support that do not answer at all!! Their bots can take up to an hour to close while they continue to trade with losses. Their trading bots also do not close at set limits and do not also warn about the risk of liquidation in time. KuCoin will not refund you anything if anything goes wrong at their beta staged platform! So be aware!!

Funds pending for hours on end
Very easy to send funds there.. when I tried to send Solana took 2 hours.. told them to cancel. That worked. Tried again.. 3 hours and nothing.. still pending. Totally unacceptable.. and customer service is not helpful.
Great app
I have been trialing Kucoin for a while now, i like the fact that many never and exciting Projects get listed here long before Binance or Coinbase. It seemed complexion in the beginning but the more you use it the easier and more useful it becomes.
