Poor app, poor help centre. Don t recommend at all
Very poor app and customer care. They will just send you standard messages with lame and standard excuses.
Great trading app
I love this crypto exchange! Everything I need is there: spot, futures, P2P,... Currently, platform offers nearly 700 cryptocurrencies. Very low trading fees, and you can get 20% off on trading fees when paying fees with KCS. Low withdrawal fee - $0,5 for USDT. Besides, one important thing is that KuCoin has high security. I highly recommend! You will get a lifetime 15% discount on trading fees and welcome bonuses up to $700 by entering QBS1HY5N when registering. Happy trading!

The app is good
The app is good but it could be improved in the following aspects: the withdrawal fee is bigger than for other similar apps; the initial tasks for the newly registered users are somewhat misleading, because you get the impression that you can earn an important amount, while in reality most winnings are around 1 - 2 usdt per task; after completing the first 4 tasks, you have to do your first spot trading which implies trading no less than 16 usdt; after trading, you are told to trade again within the same task number 5; and finally you realise that you actually have to complete the tasks for the advanced users as well, in order to unlock the amount that you won, so that you can withdraw the respective rewards; the payment method in Fiat is not yet available for all regions. However, the app deserves to be praised for the great security features that it has. Although they are a bit too much at times, having so many security measures especially when withdrawing is definitely a big plus.
Don’t use KuCoin
If I want to add spot pairs to your favorites list is not doing it, you have to search and press on the star multiple times, exit and enter the app over and over again and is the same thing if I want to remove one spot pair from the favorites list, is frustrating and I will never use an app that is not doing what it supposed to do for the first time, I will never buy or sell on this app again Shame

Worst crypto app ever. I wanted to buy a certain currency, and the amount kept resetting every time I was trying to actually aquire it. I tried talking to the support team, and there was a robot that didn’t offer any pertinent help and could not get through with an actual person. Wouldn’t recommend it for the world!!
