They are completely cheated. You can pay crypto from any country. If you want to withdraw money you should have an usd account only. I paid my money from UAE. Once i tried to withdraw its how you are not in region to withdraw. My spending money totally wasted.

The worst customer support I have ever seen, I was in an urgent case as someone was trying to access to my account but the app was giving a stupid bot to respond to my request with stupid automated responses, while there is no real customer support real person to talk to in order to assist

They take a huge percentage of profits and sometimes it’s hard to understand the app.

Kucoin is the wast of time , money and energy. Full of scammers and the worst customer support services.

I am a p2p trader. I often get orders from Scam accounts where they place an order and mark as paid instantly hoping the funds would be released. Everytime I have to appeal Customer Service takes too long up to 1 month without taking any action. During this period I cannot use my funds because they are frozen . Not to mention I have to provide video proofs and send constant reminders. This is a nightmare to me as a trader I stopped using p2p because of CS
