Kucoin used to be my to go CEX for quality small/mid cap coin. But things have get worst ever since after the US court case. Many people leaving the team and it take ages for the team to handle small issue. If I could, I will don’t even want to give 1 star to them.
I tried to login into KuCoin app. I choose different verification method. Click send for verification code to email address, could see that the send button is blinking but there is no notification of a successful sent verification code. Change to text method, also same issue of blinking send button, but no notification of a successful sent verification code. This goes on and on for a lot of times. Tried reload the app again and it still couldn’t work properly. I think there is serious problem on your login feature for verification code.
KuCoin is overally a great CEX and I had been using it for long time.. ever since the kyc mandatory and restricting users from SG.. I totally limited to tons of features on KuCoin.. I really really hope KuCoin can do something about getting legalised in Singapore from MAS so that ppl in sg can trade crypto freely on KuCoin!
Keep reducing daily withdrawal limit and keep asking customers to do kyc. Even if you manage to kyc, the withdrawal limit is still way lower than it used to be.

If you are singaporean and u buy fiat on kucoin, u can’t do anything with the fiat , buy crypto cannot, just stuck there swap between main and trading acc that’s all u can do, I deposit since may 2022 now Feb 2023 still cannot do anything with my fiat . Joke .
Disappointed on customer service, you all better stay away on this exchanger. My deposit until now still processing but they already deducted to my credit card. Soon I get back my money I exit on this exchanger
I made a simple Luna deposit through the Ethereum network and 2 days later, my balance is still 0. I checked the transaction and it went through successfully. After contacting customer support twice, still no update on their end. How do you lose someone’s money and don’t even email them for 2 days.
No customer give answer, only robot reply, pls I need a human customer
