Worst support and worst service
If you want to work as a merchant do not use kucoin they have worst support system from last 1 week i am getting fake orders other vendors placing order and marking them paid and run away after i have to file appeal and support team has nothing to do with it they just stuck my coins for 3 days still the appeal is not solved and their is no update or reply from support team now and also their buyer is not even online and fun scene is buyer did not seen my payment details and kucoin asks me proof for payment atleast use your comman sense when buyer don’t seen my details how he paid me and from last 2 days buyer is not online and no message i shared all video proof and everything to kucoin still they are not canceling order If you want to choose kucoin then keep in mind worst support for seller you coins will stuck for 15-20 days and support will not help you out their appeal needs 1 month to check and make a solution so don’t think that you will get any support

My appeal pending since 5 days even i provided all document, they claim 24x7 support but every time i need to wait hours for their response with no outcome. I paid 500$ as security for p2p mechant but still my ads are stuck because of ongoing 1$ fake appeal and customer service unable to resolve it .

worst service ever experienced like this , i have made payments to deposit via p2p , my amount got credited but the seller is saying i have not received when i approached customer care they are saying contact him and talk to him, and asking all my bank details transaction details , instead of him even though i provided everything, this is why govt has to take strict action against these fraudsters. even after seeing they will reply with a bot to talk to bot.
