I have been trying to withdraw and add google authentication for the longest time now, both require an sms code to proceed but I never get the code

Verification process is very stressful, not even other option to either use Security code number or Nigeria BVN. You guys are just making life miserable lol

Issue with p2p

I can’t find naira in p2p

Scam app should be removed from the App Store

KuCoin is simply unbelievable, I tried selling my crypto using p2p and the buyer clicked on paid without sending any funds. I appealed to support submitted all evidence and none was presented by the buyer, it’s been over 72 hours and not yet received my crypto back no response from customer support or buyer I’m just in the dark and helpless. I can’t believe this is happening.

Dear KuCoin Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding an issue I am encountering with your application. I recently made a substantial transaction on your platform. I traded a btc with someone in p2p and the person went to make a less payment which we didn’t agreed on and I did a refund back and I have all the proof of the refund and I told him to cancel the order but he doesn’t want to cancel the orders because he’s trying to wicked me I just don’t know why and I did report it to appeal and I dropped all my proof of refund and it’s almost 2days now. My btc is dropping down I believed in your service, and I am at a loss as to why I am currently facing this issue. I attempted to reach out to your support team through the app but I must express my disappointment with the response I received. It felt dismissive and did not provide me with the assistance I required. I kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in resolving this issue. I love trading and investing, and I was excited to engage with your platform, but this has been a distressing experience. My btc is dropping down already? I trust that you will demonstrate the integrity of your platform by addressing this matter promptly and satisfactorily. I am looking forward to your prompt response and resolution. Please I need you to cancel the order ?
