MakeMyTrip Flight, Hotel, Bus

Terrible experience trying to reschedule a flight. The app gave no option, and support kept asking me to contact the airline, who then redirected me back to MakeMyTrip. Repeated delays, copy-paste responses, and no real help. Please don’t book flights through this app.

It’s easy to book travel tickets, hotels and other travel related bookings. Very easy to cancel the booking as well.

Very disappointed with this app and customer support team. Will delete it .

Thoroughly disappointed with the early booking rates. I booked for 5 passengers in June, Bangalore Muscat return trip for travel in December assuming I’ll get better rates. When I checked for the same booking dates now with the same number of passengers, the rates are lower than what I had done in June. So, what’s the benefit for me having kept my money blocked for literally 6 months??? I actually blocked my money and made double losses!
