MEAL app is based on Harvard Medical School research, and we partner with certified nutritionists and therapists.

App won’t advance past day 46

I’ve tried everything to try to get the app to go past day 46 to no avail. The developer fitspire has no website anymore to report a problem.

Great App but…

I love the content of this App and find it very useful but the ‘daily’ refreshers can take weeks to update, even though it says ‘more content tomorrow’. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling to no effect. I have a membership into next year but probably won’t reinstate.

Breakthrough

After 40 years of angst, worrying about my weight and trying every kind of dysfunctional diet, this app has transformed me in just 30 days. I now eat whatever I want, whenever I want, but listen to my body carefully (which I’ve had to relearn after so many years of disordered eating). As a result, my body is fixing itself, suddenly weight is dropping off me without dieting and I have energy. I cannot rate this app highly enough. I have a PhD myself and highly value the science and research that has gone into this app. Unlike Noom and every other app out there that I’ve tried, this one is based on science, not false promises and monetary gain.

Potentially a great app

This app has a lot of promising features which seem like they’ll be helpful, but I noticed it focuses purely on weight gain and wanting to lose weight. I am the opposite. I have an Eating Disorder but I do not over eat. I am not over weight. I don’t vomit or avoid foods on purpose. So unfortunately this app isn’t of use to me as it’s focusing on being overweight, not underweight as well. I hope one day it’s inclusive because an app like this seems like it’ll be helpful. Poor customer service

A week is not enough to judge if the app is helpful or not. When I canceled my free trial I got offered another 2 weeks free trial, which I accepted to be then right away charged $56.99! I sent multiple messages to the customer service telling them it was unfair faulse advertising but basically told me they never offered another free trial (so I’m a liar) and they can’t help me… I call them scammers!

I love this app the information is beautifully presented and encouraging. I didn’t give it 5 as I feel it would be useful to be able to go back a revisit what previous days taught. I don’t know if there is a way and I’m missing it (if this is the case it’s not easy to find) or that the option just isn’t there at all, which is a shame.

I like how they made daily intros. The videos give you inspiration and motivation to keep up with the program and learn more to achieve your goal

Has Helped me so much already!!

Have only had this app for a few days, but it has helped me drastically. After yo-yo dieting for 4+ years, I was tired of the mental exhaustion it was causing. This app has relived me from this stress by teaching me about how mindful eating works, along with food freedom. The handouts and videos are very precise and easy to understand. And I look forward to the new tips and tricks I learn everyday. Only feedback is that I wish the handouts were kept somewhere, like in a seperate tab so I could refer back to them. Thankyou so much for creating this helpful app :)

App doesn’t work

Lands me on day 2 everyday and doesn’t load new content. Contacts support and they said to resign all which did not help either. I have cancelled the subscription and tried again a few times but same stuck issue.

Unable to use on my phone as does not respond to screen size. Daily notifications/motivational tips addressing me as sweetie is a huge turn-off.
