I really like the idea and the content, but after some weeks, the stuff just repeats and you see the same clips and handouts again and again, instead of new stuff. I would be ok if only some clips repeat, but lately, I almost only see stuff I have already seen. But the handouts are very nice and all in all, it is a helpfull app to improve your relationship with food and your body. So the first weeks are very good, after that: not so good.

I would give more stars, but…

Customer support is horrible! They first lured me in with a promotion code that they wanted to send me and then never responded ever again. I tried again a few weeks later and it is six weeks ago now and they have not even seen my last messages yet?! Have they simply blocked me because they promised something and failed to deliver it? I even wrote an e-mail to the app creators with no response whatsoever, which makes it seem very shady and I cannot with good conscience say that I recommend this app just from this experience alone! The all itself does not look bad but honestly, after what happened, I would recommend to stay far away from this app.

Great concept, needs work on execution

I tried the app for over a month now. It’s a great concept and I enjoy the personalization, interactivity and diversity of the content. The app will first put together content based on a quick questionnaire and continues to adapt it based on your feedback on each individual piece that is within the daily ‘package’. I noticed a change in my thinking, eating habits and mental health. The problem is that once you go past the first few weeks, content does not update for several days, and often repeats content from previous weeks- yet you pay for it nonetheless. The idea of building a new mindset to change our relationship to food is brilliant, but it needs to stay consistent to be sustainable. Please work on how to keep new content coming, looping back to content without repetition of old content to keep subscribers going. My tip: subscribe to a weekly option to avoid getting stuck.
