Very informative helpful help for binge eating issues
This app is one of the best apps I’ve used for help with my eating issues. It has so many tips and tricks to guide you in the right direction to do better. I would recommend this to anyone who has eating issues like binge eating or emotional eating. It really helps.
Best app that helps with developing a healthy food relationship
I have tried so many apps but this has surpassed them with the wealth of knowledge it provides daily. We have information to help understand the whys and how. It helps me with my journalling !
Disappointing
The app keeps on freezing on the same subject a day 40 or so, it repeats a lot of the same videos. I’ve gone through it twice already and paid for it. I’m not gonna I’m gonna try to find something else I won’t be paying for this app again
Glitchy
It keeps glitching. Once I go through the ‘getting to know you’ process (done it twice) it automatically closes and won’t let me open it again
Doesn’t work!
Did the questions at the beginning and at the of it i’m stuck on a page where they tell me they have my programm done.
Loved it until it stopped working
I loved the daily articles and videos during free period so I subscribed for a year at $50. It stopped working/froze after a couple of weeks and I’m being told they will fix it soon but it’s been well over a week and nothing has changed. There appears to be no fix happening or a way to get money back. P
App not working
I was enjoying this app. Every day you get new content and interesting videos and material. The last several weeks the app is not working. I have not been getting new material, if I do get access to videos, they are ones I’ve already seen. I’ve been in contact with support but there’s no answers on when this will be fixed. Ive requested a refund since I paid for a year. When it worked it was great.
Very good content
I signed up for the free week trial for this app knowing I would have to cancel due to budget. I thoroughly enjoyed the free week and was presently surprised that I could still access much of the daily content once I cancelled my subscription. It is the most balanced wellness app that I have tried!!!!

Really wish there was a way to refer back to the handouts for a refresher
