I paid for the hostel in the App, but I can’t find my booking reference on the App. The receptionist said she can’t find it either, and I have to pay for another room.

Simplified Chinese is not Traditional Chinese
Please stop showing the incorrect language. This is the only app I see having this silly mistake.
Please stop setting Simplified Chinese as default
As a Hong Kong user, it is very annoying that simplified Chinese is set as the default language.
Keep crashing
I can't even use the app. The app will freeze onthe pic of 4 backpackers then crash whenever I tried to use it. Please fix this ASAP!
Loading is too SLOW
The speed of loading of the apps does not smooth and very slow. The app needed to improve!!!
We need TRADITIONAL CHINESE
We, the Hong Kong people read and write TRADITIONAL CHINESE instead of the silly Simplified Chinese of China, CHANGE IT if you want HK people use your website.

The new version is suck
I'm from Hong Kong where the people are used to use traditional chinese characters. After updating to the new version, the app automatically shows the simplified chinese characters, and it is impossible to change the language setting in the app. It is not user friendly at all!
