Simple Control
Use the App to scan your lights’ pairing code and get set up in seconds, then enjoy your smart light-switch. Remotely turn your lights on and off, adjust brightness (trust us they go BRIGHT), and select your color Scenes from anywhere within your home. Group your lights together for joint control with Group Scenes (because we love a team player), or segment by room to keep your lights as organized as you wish your life could be.

Connect your lights with your smart home assistant (HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or Samsung SmartThings) and use voice commands to control them hands-free. Just say “Hey Siri, turn on my “TGIF” Scene” and instantly enter full relaxation-mode at the end of a long week. The best part of all, you don’t even have to say “Please”... but it’d still be nice if you did though :)

Doesn’t work

App doesn’t work error HM-2013 nanoleaf support cannot help

Useless for pairing nanoleaf 4d on iphone 15 pro

Doesn’t connect how it should + no feedback from company

1 year ago si bought the secretlab gaming desk + the MAGRGB colab between secretlab and nanoleaf. Now after 1 year I can say the RGB-strip is so so so bad, you can’t even imagine. Connection issues all over te place. After 5 minutes or so the connection with the cellphone just drops, almost impossible to connect again. After a couple of emails (that they don’t reply to) I’ve had enough. 1 star for an overpriced, non-working-properly device. If I could get my money back, I would do it 100% and throw this thing in the bin. Even a ledstrip from a cheap company works better than this

The worst type of connection with these lights i already reset them 5 times en yet some times it doesnt work i will stay with govee way easyer and less exspensive light and better quality

Devices almost always unreachable

It’s a totally terrific app if what you need from an app is to read that your smart devices are unreachable. 9 times out 10 that’ll be the experience, so you either: a) Use Apple Home because it always works; b) Go around the house power cycling each device until Nanoleaf picks them up. So all in all, you’ll probably use Nanoleaf to update the firmware of your devices when needed (and when it works). The rest of the time you’re better off with Home. It’s a pity because the app is fairly decent. The scenes are a nice touch, and you can see the team behind it has tried to make it a positive experience. But the connection with the physical devices is very, very spotty. Maybe that’s just for the Essentials bulbs, as they’re the cheaper variety. So… Hue works a lot better, but the bulbs are so over-priced it hurts. If you’re buying into the Nanoleaf kit, keep in mind the app-to-device connection is unreliable. That said, Home picks up the bulbs every time, plus it can still do colors and automation; but this isn’t a review of Home or the bulbs. Nanoleaf gets 3 stars because it’s polished and well-rounded, but in all honesty I’ll never use the app unless I have to.

Do not buy

Do not get nanoleaf panels. App is broken 50% of time and support is useless beside telling you to factory reset your panels. They look great when they work which is not often….
