منتج سيئ جدا وشركة خبيثة.
مشكلة الخاتم اذا انتهى الاشتراك المجاني، يصير الخاتم زي قلته كأي خاتم عادي، حتى ساعات النوم ما يطلعها لك، والاشتراك الشهري غالي بالحيل ، سلامات تشتري الخاتم بسعر وقدره وفي النهاية ابس المعلومات ما تتحصل عليها، لذالك لن اجدد الاشتراك ، افضل العودة الى منتجات فتبت، او ساعة ابل. كذالك البطارية سيئة جدا. لا انصح بشراء الخاتم على الاطلاق.
Fantastic product.
Long time user. Bought a new ring as a gift and had an issue with subscription. The matter was taken seriously and was promptly and swiftly handled by support. I love the sleep tracking features and it's amazing how accurate it is. And how far in advance it notified me that my body needs a rest or I'm coming down with a cold or even when i had COVID. I highly recommend buying a ring if you need to get your sleep and activity under control.

Accuracy claimed by them is not accurate
The ring doesn’t not detect the naps as claimed by the supplier . Also their technical support when you report an issue is very slow in responding and don’t provide you with concrete answer at all. I won’t recommend any one to buy it as features they are claiming to provide especially to the naps part is not correct!!!
