Planoly: Social Media Planner

Used to work great, but now is super buggy and I can’t even connect my account

update: the new branding is so ugly, dull, and corporate - i don't want to see it on my device. i can find a boring buggy scheduler app anywhere, so why am i paying for this? at least before it was stylistically different from every other app. ---- I keep getting badges & banner notifications about things I don't want to see, both in app and on my phone - like Planoly blog posts, their product updates etc. I don't want to turn off ALL access to notifications, so I can still get actual posting notifications. But I'm trying to limit distractions and especially ads/promotional stuff in my everyday life. So I revoked access, but now when I open the app, it says I MUST have notifications turned on to use the app properly. I've turned off "product" notifications in the app, but I'm still getting notifications on my phone!! And they send me messages promoting their items which turn on badges on the app icon. Do YOU like having the red badge on your apps? Especially for things that you don't care about? Planoly - I've paid for your service for years now. I follow your blog/mailing list and Instagram. I don't need to have badges/banners to use your service. Please respect your users' attention and choices, and stop with these unnecessary notifications.

I don’t know why you decided to update your app. It was very simple to use before and now it’s difficult for no reason. Lost me as a user✌🏾

I’ve been using this app for a couple years now and it’s great for planning my feed. HOWEVER it constantly logs me out of my instagram and wants me to reconnect it. Whenever I try and reconnect my IG to Planoly it takes me through 80 steps just to not connect by the end. You’ll spend hours trying to reconnect your instagram for it to finally work and then a couple months later it’ll sign you out again. Please fix this because it’s the only downside to an otherwise great app

I love using this app to plan out my Instagram page but it’s very frustrating to have to log into my instagram account every couple of weeks. I wish it would just stay logged in. This time I’m getting the same error that the app disconnected from my instagram account, but when I select “fix now” nothing happens, I’m not redirected to the log in page. So I can’t sign in. Please fix this soon!

Planoly cant still post carrousels, reels and all the new options of instagram. Also it bugs all the time. I feel the app needs to be updated

Doesn’t load my recent media in my albums. I continuously have to go into my photos app first to fake edit the image and then go back to Planoly to create the scheduled post otherwise, the media won’t load. The other issue is that I can’t post cross platform because the AR isn’t the same depending on the platform and I have to manually update the AR unlike if u post directly on the app. Both these issues defeat the purpose of having the app. I can only use it to post on one social site and even then, as I said earlier, I have to re-save the media for it to be used on Planoly otherwise the app will freeze.

Frizzes out and it is very complicated to use. Not worth the money. I want my money back

Never stays connected to my Instagram, it’s so irritating

i’m so annoyed, after trying to connect my instagram on here like 5 times it still shows a blank feed and won’t connect to it. i used to use this app a few years ago and it worked fine, now it’s completely broken lol
