Elle a l’air super ! Dommage qu’il n’y est pas une version française 🥲
Super déçue !!
Au départ l’application marchait super bien, puis progressivement de plus en plus de bugs, à tél point que quasiment systématiquement quand je rouvrais l’application toutes mes dernières images importées se retrouvaient complètement mélangées avec les anciennes !! Ça me prenait des plombes d’essayer de mémoire de les réorganiser comme je les avais déjà programmées !! En plus je ne pouvais déplacer mes images que une par une pour les ranger , et vu le nombre de contenus que j’avais anticipés, d’où l’intérêt de l’application, j’en suis devenue esclave, grosse perte de temps, après de nombreuses tentatives de tout réorganiser je viens de la résilier, bon débarras !

Message d’erreur à l’ouverture : « we are unable to upload your posts. Please try again » malgré plusieurs mises à jour c’est toujours le cas !

Si vous ne voulez pas vous faire arnaquer, j’ai payé pour avoir accès aux fonctionnalités premium mais je n’y ai jamais eu accès que ce soit de leur application principale et même celle qu’ils intègrent pour les stories. Je les ai contacter à plusieurs reprises pour signaler mon problème avoir l’impression qu’ils essayent de trouver des excuses qui n’ont aucun sens. Je demandais simplement un remboursement puisque je n’ai jamais eu accès aux fonctionnalités que j’ai pourtant payé. Et depuis mon dernier mail, pas de réponse de leur part. En plus de ne pas toujours fonctionner correctement, vous payez dans le vent !

L’application ne marche plus depuis les deux dernière mise à jour. Impossible de charger le post précédent enregistré ni charger l’Instagram actuel…

A quand une version française? Bonne appli mais en français pour le confort sa serait top.

Impossible d’annuler, l’abonnement et la page d’assistance est introuvable 404 !!! Le service client est vraiment nul. Aucune aide, ça fait 10 fois que j’envoie le mail avec la même demande. Personne ne vous répond tout le monde s’en fout. Nul j’aimerais arrêter mon abonnement.
Subscription cannot be cancelled
It’s been 2 years I’m not using the app and has been charged each year for the subscription. It has been long time I’m sending emails to delete the subscription and no reply! They are just stealing money, can’t understand how to stop it !
Gros bug
J’adorais l’appli mais depuis un certain temps gros problème : l’appli me demande de passer mon compte insta en business pour l’auto post sauf que c’est déjà le cas ! Donc auto post inutilisable et c’est la principale raison pour moi de l’utiliser. Déçue
