So many issues
This is my first ever bad review. I’m a business owner and use Instagram to gain clients. I purchased 4 planoly accounts for myself and my staff and have continuous problems with pictures not saving, some of them get rearranged randomly and it’s a huge inconvenience to constantly have issues with this app that it’s supposed to make my marketing teams job easier. I have problems with planoly minimum once a week. I’ve reached out to their support system 10 times now and every time it’s been useless. They ask for a screen record of the issue and send you advise that isn’t helpful. For example the current issue I have now is that I can’t access one of my accounts, I can’t access it via my iPad or my phone. When I emailed them about it (2 days ago) they responded with “your account is linked and accessible”. When I log into my planoly it’s not linked and I cannot use it… don’t waste your money here and find a different app to use..
July 2024 update, I have been trying months for them to remove my credit card from their file. And still am being charged for so many users and they won’t cancel my subscription I’m going to have to get a new debit card. DONT GET THIS APP!!
Unable to link Instragram
App does not work. Can't link to instagram - always get an error saying "please try again later"
I’ve never been so disappointed
I have been using planoly for 5 years now , with 4 years of great success. In the last year the app has kept messing up , and at the moment it won’t auto post any of the posts I schedule . What’s the point of spending what my business spends in a month to not have the features I pay for . I’ve sent an inquiry with no response back. And as of lately any time I inquire about planoly mishaps it takes a week or more for a response .

Basically Useless
I’ve been using Planoly for years, buggiest app I’ve ever encountered. Horribly confusing user interface. Deleting permanently after fighting for too long. Customer service is decent though. I assume a small team has made this - guys you have potential. FIX THE BUGS.
Unknown Error Occurred when linking account
Can’t link instagram account anymore - the app kicked me out and told me to log back in and reconfirm its connection to Instagram and now I’m only receiving an unknown error.
Only 10 free uploads a month now?
I’ve used Planoly for years and their free account always offered 30 uploads a month. Recently they’ve cut that down to 10, which basically makes the service useless you pay. I wouldn’t mind doing so, but even the starter plans are steep and I don’t want to pay for a bunch of features I don’t need. Time to find a new app.
App is useless
Do NOT purchase this app. They know there’s a problem, how could they not after this many poor reviews. The app won’t connect to instagram, review after review. I think the problem is obvious.. the app isn’t working. Years ago it did, wonder what changed..
Issues with my app
Planoly isn’t working for me it’s allowing me to link my ig. Please help.
Billing concerns
App never seems to function properly when I want to cancel my subscription. It conveniently cannot complete my request despite multiple attempts in varying months.
Limited usability. If you want basic plug-and-post function (no longer super effective for current social media success) this serves its function.
Worst app ever
This app used to be user friendly & now it has “new work spaces” which are the worst for trying to link any social media account to. I keep trying to link it - it says it’s linked to my Instagram, then I go to open the workspace & nothing is there, nothing is connecting. I will be using latr.com or another grid planning app - Planoly is not what it used to be.
