My worst social media planner nightmare
Customer service and app reliability are terrible. I have had problems posting video stories since the beginning of using the app. I schedule them but they never appear. Messages to customer service lead to nothing. Either they don't answer, or they make you try endlessly, or they keep asking the same questions.
Meanwhile, I don't use the app anymore either because it's completely unreliable. A refund of the annual subscription is all I want. I'm not paying for something that doesn't work.

You cannot use it just to visually plan your posts, you have to give it access to your account and hidden content
