They‘ll charge your credit card even when you cancel the subscription and they tell you that it was charged by Apple. There is nowhere a transaction in Apple but they charged it directly from your payment method. And you can‘t even delete your payment method. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Great planner app
Very useful and easy to use. My fave app to plan on IG!
poor customer service
the automated posting service isn‘t always working and there are many settings which can only be activated or deactived on instagram only, like tagging products or deactivating the display of likes. Also Reels don‘t work at all. I sent them around 5 emails 4 months ago because some things didn’t work and haven‘t received an answer until this day. Would change immediatey if there would be a good alternative.
Too buggy
Loved it in the beginning. Until it has gotten more and more buggy. Usually it works fine. But since it’s overloaded with new features it sometimes looses the prepared posts during posting procedure. Prepared posts can’t be found anymore neither in Instagram nor in Planoly. They just disappear. Very annoying. I hate when new versions are being released even when it’s known that it’s plenty of bugs, just to release a new cool feature. Once I even was logged in another user’s account with my own log-in. Besides those bugs it would be great!
Disappointed
Planoly showing everything with reels(but I hide my reels from my profile) so all the reasons having this program doesn’t exist now.

Almost perfect
There are a few small things I miss but overall I love to work with Planoly.
Best App Ever!
I love Planoly! It makes planning out the social media feed super easy. I can sit down once a week to make the weekly plan and then just forget about it, cause every post is automated.
