Followed watering instructions, fertilizing instructions, and still killed my plant. Over watering, under watering cycles, over fertilizing, only using the amount I was told to use for both and still killed my plant. Don’t use this app. What makes it even worse is the premium I paid for that told me to do all this.

This app is great

I have downloaded this app a couple years ago. Had a weekly subscription as I needed it for a couple weeks. They have charging my account weekly about 7-8 dollars since then while I try to cancel my subscription. They do not have an option to cancel the subscription on the app. I had contacted them numerous times over the years to cancel my subscription and they have ignored my request and kept charging my card.

Tried to identify small grapefruit tree few times. Got completely different response, including holly. None were correct.

Keeping my plants alive and thriving is easier now with this app. Love it!

It’s so much fun to know for myself what plants are what. And it was so fun to use this app with my grandsons!

I took 5 pictures of my Astilbe. Close, far, different views, every time it is identified as Swedish Ivy. And each time it tells me the plant is healthy. It’s turning brown & has spider webs. So I moved on to another troubled plant, that is getting woody, leggy, dropping its leaves. Identification was correct, but it said, “congratulations, your plant is healthy!” An obviously dying plant?!! It has other false identifications as well. I’m sorry I paid for this app. I don’t recommend it to anyone. The update didn’t help your app. I’d like a refund.

How do I cancel my payment?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD FOR THE FREE TRIAL, YOU WILL BE GOUGED FOR ALL THE $$$ THEY CAN EXTRACT!!! This app, which appears in the AppStore and Apple billing as "Plantum" appears on the phone as Nature ID. So, when you get the notice that you're free trial is up and cancel, they keep billing you under another name. Just discovered through a subscription checker that they have billed billed be $517 over the year and 5 months and never cancelled my trial when asked. I suspect that all those giving good reviews are bots, because there is no way this app is worth $7/week. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
