Easy to overview and manage bookings - update database

Conversations are not open for us for more than a week and this problem has not been solved. I think the program has become old and there is no interest in problems.

I always face problems when I block some days as not to be bookable cause they are booked on other apps. like Airbnb for example, then I find a new booking has been booked!!

Bad application and customer service needs to be developed at the level of speaking and professionalism

At a touch u get glimpse of what’s happening. We all run short of many things but Pulse is very comprehensive a long story told in few words. 👍

Da qualche mese le risposte ad eventuali richieste di check-in/ orario, arrivano solo parzialmente ai clienti, costringendoti a riscrivere il messaggio affinché lo comprendano e non passare per incompetente.

Very helpful to hand the basic info needed. However, it would be additionally useful to see the other info which are visible when accessing by any pc

Partiamo dal presupposto che quando vai a modificare le date si sballa tutto , succede praticamente sempre che il sistema facci danni evidenti sul calendario , inoltre ogni anno vengono aggiunti nuove forme di scontistica per i viaggiatori , praticamente del prezzo di listino rimane ben poco !
