It's not often when we can see such a convenient bank app.

The card just works for all daily expenses. Independent in which country you are, you have with the app always a transparent overview, can block or release the card in seconds. Transfers to other accounts extremely fast within 1 day and this without or low fee. Its my preferred card.

I have been asked to provide KYC documents for an account I’ve had with Revolut for a few months. This is standard practise, no issues with that, but the way they communicate with you regarding documents is terrible. If anything isn’t accepted they don’t provide a reason. Also, their KYC team is incompetent and don’t understand the documents that prove ownership or shareholding. I have provided a set of statutory books to evidence ownership, which is accepted by Companies House and external legal counsel, but for some reason Revolut doesn’t accept this. They want an organisational structure. So a picture provides more evidence than a legal register of ownership, how does that make sense? Very frustrating.

Onlinebusineses should keep away from Rev. Every 3 mnths we face idiotic checks as if we are drug dealers. No any org can treat its customers so rudely. They ask docs never asked by gvrmnt. A lot restrictions. I can’t trust them.

I run a small business and find the app super useful. It would be nice to get free upgrades or additional features for loyalty but hey, nothing’s free in life.

Once you are familiar with the app, all seems to work well…it’s been quick & reliable. For me, it’s taken a little while to get to that stage, &, it could be a bit more obvious.
