I absolutely love Rosetta Stone! The app is great because I can practice anywhere I go! I love the different features too!
I’m very grateful they have affordable options to learn a foreign language. If it wasn’t for them I’d still be struggling to learn Japanese
Genial
I really want to have a more favorable opinion of this app since it’s so well reviewed online. But it’s waaaaay too glitchy and I get ‘poor quality coming from the microphone’ error message on every single lesson. I’m on an iPhone 14 so maybe that’s the issue. At any rate, I’m only a few days in so far and it’s just ok. Unfortunately, I paid for a year upfront so unless it gets dramatically better with an update, I’m in for a long and frustrating experience to try to get my money’s worth. Disappointing for a brand with such a good reputation.
Rosetta Stone created a way to learn a new language by breaking their lessons down to ten minute segments so it is easy to maintain the habit each day.
Like any of the language learning apps it’s great for what it does and is highly useful as a supplement to other learning methods. Speaking excercises was a great addition to the program since I used it last and helps tremendously with pronounciation. No single app will make you fluent, but they are a tool to help you gain fluency. Rosetta Stone can definitely help with language comprehension and vocabulary.
Seriously, his is the best app I ever used. Even though it doesn’t show what the pictures mean, it does it on purpose so that people could learn without reading what it is. It helps me work on my Chinese! The best app I’ve used
