Description

Learning a language can be an experience that transforms your life. Over 25 years of language learning experience has taught Rosetta Stone one thing: everyone has the ability to learn to read, write, and speak a language with confidence. Try the Rosetta Stone app yourself for free.
Many online language learning apps will promise that you can learn a language in just a few minutes a day. However, there is a significant difference between memorizing vocabulary lists and speaking a language with confidence. Learning a language is about more than just the words. One of the mistakes new language learners make is treating language as an object or an end goal instead of as an experience.
Ditch the books, translator, and dictionary, and surround yourself with a language whenever, wherever with the Rosetta Stone mobile app.

What are people saying about Rosetta Stone:

• Popular Science - "super-smooth and intuitive, and the lessons neither feel too short so as to be forgettable nor too long so as to be a chore"

Rosetta Stone Reviews

Det är ok jag lär mig

Zoooooeyyyyyyyy on

Sweden

Jag lär mig massor av språk liksom det tar typ bara 5-10 min så lär du dig

Worthless

al-swe on

Sweden

a) Tilts screen, highly annoying b) selected reading as goal but only gets to listen c) not intuitive at all. just pictures but no explanations or anything about the language

method is great, app is not

the constant shifting between landscape and portrait mode between lessons is a horrible jarring feature. get rid of it! voice recognition is really unreliable, having five perfect pronounciations in a row fail is not uncommon. i use the app and love it, but some design choices in it are really disrespectful towards anyone with a mind set on learning.

Canceling is a train wreck

DangerousDolly on

Sweden

I didn’t mind the app, it was easy to sign up and it worked well. However, not only is there an automatic auto renew on your subscription, you also need a computer to do anything that has to do with cancelling. Having people sign up for a mobile app on their phone, but not letting them cancel? That is NOT an okay business practice. Shame on you guys! I will NOT be recommending this app.

The app is generally really good but would be good to have a working way of it picking up my voice, it just wont pick it up

Amazing

Salong Dixie on

Sweden

I liked it , it is easy to learn and practice. Specially it is cheap when you decided to buy as lifetime. One time payments and enjoy learning how many languages you want.

Perfetto!

Excellent tuition!

Is this a joke?

bitterologist on

Sweden

This has to be the most confusing UI ever. The first lesson, as a beginner, is a voice clip playing and then a prompt to chose the right option. No context, no explanation, no nothing. What is the lesson about? No idea. The options are two pictures of random people, with no obvious difference between them. There is no clearly indicated way to go back, you’re just stuck in the lesson. And for some arbitrary reason it forces me to hold the phone in landscape view, meaning it’s really easy to accidentally cover the microphone. TLDR: nope, avoid like the plague.

Wow - really upgraded the app

Lokimokitoki on

Sweden

I am really pleased by the effort that has been put into improving the app - much better now! Bravo!

Huge disappointment

Agogo! on

Sweden

The voice recognition feature is terrible. This is a big let down for me and the reason why I stopped using the app which is otherwise quite good.
