I feel that this is a breach of trust and a lack of integrity on your part
I recently signed up for a trial account with your service, as stated in your terms and conditions, I was entitled to a three-day free trial before any charges would be incurred. However, to my surprise, within less than a day of signing up, I was charged for a full year's subscription via Apple Pay. I feel that this is a breach of trust and a lack of integrity on your part. Even though I have since cancelled my subscription, I feel that it was wrong for you to charge me for a full year without my explicit consent. As a result, I am requesting a refund for the full amount charged. It never happened in other english learning app I have used. I would appreciate an explanation as to why I was charged for a full year's subscription without my permission, and I sincerely hope that you will rectify the situation by promptly issuing a refund. Please pay your attention to this matter

Terrible User Experience
The audio is slow, the app is not responsive at all!! Some functions dont work properly
Issue with Bluetooth connectivity
The APP doesn’t work with Bluetooth headset. When checking with AppSupport, they suggested to use headset with jack or internal speaker and microphone.
reset to zero instead try for 100%
if for example you get 87%, when you press try 100%, sometimes it reset to zero instead of just going through the wrong answers. this bug is in many updates. it is very annoying. it reseted me now one lesson two times to zero. only this reason 3stars, other wise 6star app from 5.
