Bad Experience
I asked for a refund. I have sent repeated emails for a refund. There was not even a reply. That was my experience with Rosetta. Would Rosetta care to explain on your refusal to communicate?
Not enjoying
The teaching method is to never explain anything. You need to learn vocabulary and grammar without clearly understanding the rules. Very often you will hit a selection when you want to replay the voice and that will make you fail the lesson. You end up to redo all the lesson. That is frustrating and slow your progression. At the end it’s tedious to use the app for learning.
Need big improvement for Pronunciation
The audio record / assessment is too buggy and unreliable

I really enjoy learning new language using Rosetta Stone because I am a visual person and like to associate pictures and words in order to quickly understand the grammar.
Very nice, but could improve
Very nice application to learn languages. It works great and the method seems good to me (although it’s yet too early to judge how efficient it is). I would make a remark however on 2 points: - first the voice detection will regularly bug for no apparent reason. Sometimes, on 1 syllable 1 specific exercice (same syllable may have no issue on another one). That’s odd. - second I think it’s difficult to find it’s way in the app when you want to learn at you own rythm. Have to navigate through multiple pages. Once you get it, that’s ok. But at first, I think it’s not that clear. Very happy overall!!
cannot access account
lifetime ac but cannot access, forgot password - used forgot password link but no email sent to me in any inbox. Emailed Rosetta received confirmation reply but still no password reset/recovery sent to me after a week. I used facial recognition as an access option but it got skipped. Scam?

Rosetta stones let’s me learn a lot and I’m learning Spanish. I wish to learn how to speak all languages as when I travel I can speak their language and not be clueless😂😂
