Sometimes some of the text on the cards is not visible at all, and some phrases are cut off and not fully visible. It would be better if the font was smaller, but the text was fully visible. Sometimes the sound suddenly switches from the external speaker to the speaker used for phone calls. iPhone SE first generation.

Hi developers! Rosetta Stone was pretty good on its first days. But now, when l tried to launch it, it completely forgot my progress. In fact, l am brought all the way to the menu where you choose languages. Are you serious?! Where is my progress?! I was learning Dutch so well, and now?! Wħáț íş ħáppèññíñğ?!
Bought a lifetime subscription a few years ago, and it’s the third time I start and quit after several days because of terrible speech recognition — it’s just non-existent, and blocks my progress, because otherwise I have to skip the whole days. The experience with it is awful — it says a word, and then waits, and I repeat the word like 10 times with no feedback, not understanding of it can’t hear me or if it doesn’t understand me (even with the simplest words), after 10-20 repetitions (during which you start to feel dumb) it suddenly recognizes prononciation with high degree of certainty. It’s so annoying and frustrating to sit on every word for a few minutes repeating a word dozens of times. Quitting again.
