Such a terrible terrible app. Only thing worse than the constant sync and crashing issues is my work’s blind faith in it. Latest iPhone Pro with full reception and/or wifi and it still can’t sort itself out. It could barely handle just managing timesheets before we transferred the whole company over to it as a field service app.. Wildly bad.

This application and the entire salesforce suite are slow clunky cumbersome and make task take longer then they should, constant sync issues and frequent app crashes with a lack of any idea what people in the fields that each application is designed for really encounter daily. The fact that it takes so long to sync across systems shows me this application and the others in salesforce are poorly executed and well below par compared to other systems on the market. The entire approach makes me wonder if they even consulted anyone in the field or was it just the management team. The lack of simplicity and overall poor UI make for a frustrating experience. Avoid Salesforce as it will cost you time and money!

The field app is not user friendly for field staff. It will literally take you ten times as long to do anything as other similar apps. To the developers; please download and try Fieldaware, not a perfect app by any means but it may give you some ideas on how to make your app more user friendly for the field staff.

We are the last region to have this rolled out in my company. You think the bugs would be sorted out, after all this time being used elsewhere. It’s a joke, inefficient and very frustrating. Please bring back My Time.

Constantly crashes

Crashes repeatedly. No auto text fill feature for iOS. Doesn’t recognise punctuation in search fields when searching salesforce data base within the app. Seems a bit over sold….

FaceID required everytime you switch to another on this version

Can you please have an longer timeout as with this latest update FaceID is required to use app as soon as you switch to another app, and with face mask usage and long PIN codes this is a pain.

Not good for big business

In my decade long career in field service, using multiple service applications, this is the worst application I have used. Slow, clunky and cumbersome. In my field it often takes more time to fill out jobs on the app than actually do the job itself.

Truely an terrible app

This app has never ending problems with the simplest of tasks. Something as simple as uploading more than 1 photo at a time. Give me errors with syncing. Once the error is there it has a “tap to resolve “ button which does nothing but add to my frustration. Every simple task has several slow steps. This app needs to be designed from the ground up, with consultation by people who would actually use it, not office workers.

the app is good except it needs auto update because changes get outdated quickly and this causes problems in call flow process
